DSIP (delta sleep-inducing peptide) is a synthetic nonapeptide characterized in the neuropeptide research literature, studied in rodent models examining stress-physiology and ischemia-reperfusion research pathways (Tukhovskaya et al., Molecules, 2021; PMID 34500605). Research-grade material, supplier-vetted supply. For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption.

Description
DSIP (delta sleep-inducing peptide) is a synthetic nonapeptide first isolated from rabbit cerebral venous blood and characterized in the neuropeptide research literature. It has been studied in rodent research models examining motor-function outcomes, hepatocyte oxidative-marker activity, and neuroprotective signaling pathways following induced physiological stress.
Tukhovskaya et al. (Molecules, 2021; PMID 34500605) documented intranasal DSIP administration in a rat stroke research model, observing rotarod motor-performance outcomes following induced focal ischemia. Bobyntsev et al. (Bull Exp Biol Med, 2016; PMID 26902351) examined DSIP's association with hepatocyte catalase and superoxide dismutase activity in a rat restraint-stress research model. Tukhovskaya et al. (Biomedicines, 2021; PMID 33918965) documented a DSIP-related peptide analog (KND) in myocardial- and cerebral-infarction rodent research models, examined during the reperfusion research window.

Specifications
Shipping & Storage
Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours. Delivered via USPS Priority or standard FedEx unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Tracking is emailed on dispatch and mirrored in your account.
In-transit handling
Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable and ship at ambient temperature. Storage in our warehouse is cooled; shipment does not require refrigeration.
Long-term storage
Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable at ambient temperature; refrigeration (2–8°C) extends shelf life. Refer to the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis for material-specific storage guidance. Once reconstituted, follow the storage instructions on the batch COA. Not for human or animal consumption.
Returns
Because these are research-grade biologics, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Damaged-in-transit shipments are replaced at no cost within 7 days of delivery.
