2.3 How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Process and fulfill orders — shipping, delivery, and payment confirmation

SMS and Phone Communications

Biopunk provides a US toll-free number as a customer support channel. When you contact Biopunk by calling or texting this number, you are initiating a conversation and consent to receive replies from our support team through the same channel.

What we send:

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS

We do not send automated order updates or shipping notifications via SMS

Program details:

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving further messages from Biopunk. We will confirm your opt-out and cease outbound SMS to your number

If you have opted out, you can re-engage at any time by texting us again — your new inbound message will be treated as fresh consent for that conversation

Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Phone calls to our support number may be answered by voicemail outside of business hours; voicemails will be returned via callback or return SMS at our discretion

Data handling for SMS/phone contacts:

Your mobile number is stored only as needed to conduct the support conversation and maintain a record of the interaction

Message content is stored within our customer support platform (Chatwoot) subject to our general data retention practices described in Section 2.5

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes

2.5 Data Protection & Security

We employ industry-standard security measures:

SSL encryption for all data transmitted over the internet
Restricted internal access to customer data
No storage of payment credentials — cryptocurrency wallet addresses are the only payment-record stored, and private keys are never accessible to Biopunk
No sale or sharing of personal information with unrelated third parties

While we make every effort to secure your information, no online system is completely secure. By using our services, you accept the inherent risks of internet-based transactions.

2.6 Sharing Your Information

We may share limited data with the following categories of service providers:

Shipping and logistics partners — to fulfill and deliver orders
Email communication platforms — to send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails
Analytics providers — to understand website traffic and improve the user experience
Fraud detection services — to identify and prevent policy violations

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party disclosure exceptions: We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Card payment data disclosure. When you make a card payment, your card data is disclosed directly by you to VCC’s selected third-party hosted checkout provider (see §2.12) — not to Biopunk. Biopunk receives only the fact of successful settlement, the order amount, and the on-chain settlement transaction hash.

2.7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Enable core website functionality (shopping cart, authentication)
Analyze site traffic and user behavior
Personalize browsing experiences
Track shopping cart activity for abandoned cart reminders

2.8 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

2.9 Data Retention

2.10 Children’s Privacy

Biopunk Peptides does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, do not use this website or submit any personal information. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 21, we will delete it promptly.

2.11 Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors, educational resources). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security measures. Review their respective policies before sharing personal information.

2.12 Payment Processing

All payments on our site are processed by third-party payment providers. Biopunk uses two separate services depending on how you choose to pay:

Card payments (credit/debit). Card payments are routed through Verified Crypto Checkout (“VCC”), a WooCommerce payment plugin operated by VERIFIED Credit Card Processing LLC. VCC is routing and settlement infrastructure — it does not process or store cardholder data itself. When you pay by card, your card information is entered on and processed by a third-party hosted checkout provider (such as Stripe, MoonPay, or Binance, depending on VCC’s routing at the time of the transaction). The hosted provider processes the card payment, converts it to USDC (a US-dollar-pegged cryptocurrency), and settles it to Biopunk’s Polygon-network wallet. Biopunk never receives, sees, stores, or has access to your card number, CVV, expiration date, or any other card credentials.

Direct cryptocurrency payments. If you choose to pay directly from your own cryptocurrency wallet, your transaction is processed by Nowpayments. Biopunk never receives or stores cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.

Please review the privacy policies of the applicable third-party providers (VCC at verifiedcryptocheckout.com/privacy, Nowpayments at nowpayments.io/privacy, and the hosted checkout provider used for your specific card transaction) for details on how they handle payment data.

2.13 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

2.14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy is subject to the arbitration, class-action waiver, and forum provisions in §1.16 of the Biopunk Peptides Terms & Conditions.

2.15 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and State Privacy Rights

This section applies to California residents and, where analogous rights exist, to residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other US states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws.

Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months. Biopunk collects the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA: (a) identifiers (name, email address, IP address, account credentials); (b) commercial information (order history, products purchased); (c) internet or network activity (browsing history on our site, referring URLs, cookie data); (d) geolocation (billing and shipping addresses); (e) inferences (derived from purchase and browsing behavior for marketing personalization); (f) for Partner Program participants only, professional or employment-related information (tax ID) and financial information (cryptocurrency wallet address for commission payouts).

Categories disclosed for a business purpose. In the last 12 months, we have disclosed categories (a) through (e) above to the categories of service providers described in §2.6 (shipping and logistics partners, email communication platforms, analytics providers, fraud detection services, and payment processors described in §2.12).

We do not sell or share personal information. Biopunk does not sell your personal information for money, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined above, no opt-out action is required. This statement satisfies our obligation under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.135.

Your rights. Subject to verification of your identity and applicable exceptions, you have the right to: (i) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (ii) know the sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared; (iii) request deletion of personal information we have collected from you; (iv) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (v) request a copy of your personal information in a portable format; (vi) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — see above); and (vii) be free from retaliation or discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

How to submit a request. Send a written request to [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request” and include enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity (typically the email address associated with your Biopunk account and, for order-specific requests, an order number). We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice, per CCPA § 1798.130).

Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide written proof of your authorization and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

2.16 International Data Transfers

Biopunk operates from the United States and processes personal information on servers located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States and contact us regarding a wholesale inquiry (see Biopunk Peptides Terms & Conditions §1.10), submit personal information to us through our website, or engage with our support team, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By providing personal information to Biopunk from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer. Biopunk does not currently maintain data-transfer mechanisms specific to the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other non-US jurisdictions.

2.17 Data Retention Periods

Biopunk retains personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the following general retention schedule (which may be extended as required by applicable law or to enforce our rights):

Order records (customer identity, order details, shipping and payment records): 7 years from the date of the order, to comply with US tax and business record-keeping obligations.

Marketing subscriber records: retained until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for suppression-list purposes.

Website analytics data: retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default) or the applicable analytics provider’s default retention period.

Support correspondence: retained for 3 years from the date of last contact.

Partner Program records (for Partner Program participants only): retained for the duration of the Partner’s participation plus 7 years after account closure for tax and 1099-NEC reporting purposes.

After the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
