4.2 Order Processing

All orders are processed at our U.S. warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging without any external reference to Biopunk Peptides or product contents.

4.3 Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

Shipping speed is an estimate provided by USPS. Delivery timelines depend on destination and external conditions outside Biopunk’s control. Additional shipping options may be added in the future.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

4.4 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
  • Contact the carrier directly — they may have additional delivery details.
  • If the issue persists, contact Biopunk support.

4.5 Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to:

  • Delivery delays
  • Returned-to-sender fees
  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

4.6 Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Biopunk Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages after handoff to the carrier
  • Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer-provided errors
  • Weather-related delays or force majeure events
  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
  • Damage caused by carrier handling — carrier claims must be filed with the carrier directly

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.7 Shipping Restrictions

Retail orders. Biopunk Peptides ships retail orders to all 50 U.S. states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer retail shipping outside the United States or to U.S. territories at this time.

Wholesale and international inquiries. Wholesale orders and any request for shipping outside the United States require a separate written agreement, KYC verification, and applicable export-control review. Contact [email protected] to inquire.

Age requirement. All purchases require age verification of 21 or older at checkout.

Refused shipments. Biopunk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any shipment where the order or requested destination reasonably suggests a violation of our Terms & Conditions, Research Use Only Policy, or applicable law.

4.8 Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged items: If you receive a package that appears damaged in transit, take clear photographs of the packaging and contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost packages: If a package has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

4.10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy or a shipment of Biopunk products is subject to the arbitration, class-action waiver, and forum provisions in §1.16 of the Biopunk Peptides Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated by reference into this Policy.
