3.2 Strict Laboratory Use Only

Biopunk Peptides products are supplied strictly for scientific research, laboratory experimentation, and analytical purposes.

These materials are not supplied for:

Medical, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use
Human or veterinary consumption
Compounding, repackaging, or resale as drugs or supplements
Any purpose outside legitimate laboratory environments

3.3 Intended Use

Products labeled “Research Use Only” (RUO) are chemical or biological compounds manufactured and supplied exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not approved as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical treatments.

Permitted uses include:

Analytical testing and validation
Scientific investigation and educational research
In vitro laboratory research

RUO products must never be used for human or animal consumption or for clinical or diagnostic purposes.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Human or veterinary consumption of any kind

Injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application to a human or animal body

Reconstitution or preparation for the purpose of administering the product to any human or animal, whether by injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other route

Use in clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic contexts

Dosing, cycling, or “stacking” for physiological effect

Compounding, repackaging, or resale as drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics

Incorporation into foods, beverages, medical devices, or personal care products

Any use that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

3.4 Regulatory Compliance

Biopunk Peptides operates in accordance with applicable research chemical regulations and industry standards.

Research Use Only products:

Are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for medical use
Are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical applications
Must not be marketed or represented as treatments for disease
Must only be handled in appropriate research environments
Are labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i)
Are subject to the intended-use interpretation set forth in 21 CFR 201.128 — intended use is determined from all representations, not just the label
Are governed by the definition of “drug” in Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act § 201(g) (21 U.S.C. § 321(g)) — a product is a drug based on intended use, regardless of labeling

3.5 Qualified Buyers

By purchasing products from Biopunk Peptides, the customer represents and warrants that:

They are at least 21 years of age.
They are qualified to purchase and handle research chemicals.
The products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
They understand that the materials are not for human or animal use.
They will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Customers agree that they assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all materials.

Reliance on customer representations. Biopunk relies on the customer’s representations set forth in this section and does not independently verify a customer’s laboratory credentials, institutional affiliation, or research qualifications. A customer’s misrepresentation of their research status, qualifications, or intended use of Biopunk products voids all warranties, indemnities, and other protections Biopunk otherwise provides under these policies. Biopunk reserves the right to require additional verification for any order, at its sole discretion.

3.6 No Medical or Health Claims

Biopunk Peptides does not provide medical advice and does not make claims regarding the therapeutic benefits of any product.

Efficacy or safety claims

No comparison to FDA-approved drugs. Biopunk does not compare its products to, or represent its products as generic, equivalent, or alternative versions of, any FDA-approved drug (including but not limited to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda, and Victoza), whether by brand name, generic name, mechanism of action, or clinical indication. Any content on this website that references FDA-approved drugs is provided solely to identify chemical entities for research purposes and does not imply equivalence, substitutability, or therapeutic parity.

3.7 Product Handling and Safety

Purchasers are solely responsible for:

3.8 Limitation of Liability

Biopunk Peptides shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:

Misuse of products
Use outside of research environments
Failure to follow proper laboratory procedures
Violation of applicable laws or regulations

All products are sold “as is” for research purposes only.

3.9 Enforcement and Cooperation with Legal Process

Order-level enforcement. Biopunk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: (i) cancel or refuse orders where product marketing or customer statements suggest a non-research use; (ii) require additional purchaser verification for any order, including but not limited to large volumes, repeat orders, or orders to unusual shipping destinations; (iii) suspend or terminate customer accounts for suspected misuse or violation of this Policy; and (iv) refuse to ship to any address or customer.

Cooperation with legal process. Biopunk will respond to lawful legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants, as required by law. Biopunk does not voluntarily provide customer records to government agencies or law enforcement in the absence of lawful legal process, except (a) where necessary to protect Biopunk’s legal rights or the safety of persons, or (b) where Biopunk in good faith believes disclosure is legally required. Where legally permitted, Biopunk will notify affected customers of legal process requests seeking their records.

3.10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Research Use Only Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy, or a customer’s purchase or use of Biopunk products, is subject to the arbitration, class-action waiver, and forum provisions in §1.16 of the Biopunk Peptides Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated by reference into this Policy.

3.11 Policy Updates

Biopunk Peptides reserves the right to update or modify this Research Use Only Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
