Anisimov et al. (2004) investigated Cortagen in a mouse model, using cDNA microarray analysis of cardiac gene expression following peptide administration and comparing transcriptional patterns to related peptide bioregulators (Neuro Endocrinol Lett 2004; PMID 15159690).
