CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin pairs a modified GHRH(1-29) fragment with Ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor secretagogue. Andersen et al. (2001, Growth Hormone & IGF Research) documented Ipamorelin's effect on bone formation in an adult rat model; the GHRH fragment's substitution pattern was mapped by Cervini et al. (1998, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry). Research-grade, lyophilized. For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption.
For laboratory research use only · Not for human or veterinary use.
Description
This blend combines two synthetic peptides used together in growth-hormone-axis research: a modified analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) fragment 1-29, and Ipamorelin, a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor. The GHRH analog carries the substitution pattern studied in structure-activity work on hGHRH(1-29)-NH2, without the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) albumin-binding modification used in extended-duration formulations. Ipamorelin has been investigated separately in animal models for its selective activity at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor.
Cervini et al. (1998) mapped the structure-activity relationships of hGHRH(1-29)-NH2 analogs, identifying substitution patterns that alter receptor potency in vitro — the class of modification underlying this GHRH fragment. Ipamorelin's activity as a growth hormone secretagogue has been documented separately in rodent models: Andersen et al. (2001) reported it counteracted a glucocorticoid-associated decrease in bone formation in adult rats, Jiménez-Reina et al. (2002) examined somatotroph cell population changes with chronic exposure in female rats, and Venkova et al. (2009) studied Ipamorelin in a rodent model of postoperative ileus, tied to its ghrelin-receptor agonism.

Specifications
Shipping & Storage
Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours. Delivered via USPS Priority or standard FedEx unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Tracking is emailed on dispatch and mirrored in your account.
In-transit handling
Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable and ship at ambient temperature. Storage in our warehouse is cooled; shipment does not require refrigeration.
Long-term storage
Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable at ambient temperature; refrigeration (2–8°C) extends shelf life. Refer to the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis for material-specific storage guidance. Once reconstituted, follow the storage instructions on the batch COA. Not for human or animal consumption.
Returns
Because these are research-grade biologics, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Damaged-in-transit shipments are replaced at no cost within 7 days of delivery.
