Description
GLOW50 is a research-formulated blend combining three peptides documented in cellular and connective-tissue research: GHK-Cu (35mg), a copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine; TB-500 (10mg), a synthetic peptide corresponding to LKKTETQ, the actin-binding active region of thymosin beta-4; and BPC-157 (5mg), a stable pentadecapeptide derived from a partial sequence identified in human gastric juice. Each component has been investigated individually in laboratory and animal models for interactions with cellular repair and extracellular matrix pathways.
Pickart et al. (J Biomater Sci Polym Ed, 2008; PMID 18644225) documented GHK-Cu's interactions with dermal fibroblast collagen synthesis, metalloproteinase activity, and chemoattraction of repair cells in tissue-remodeling research models. Ho et al. (J Chromatogr A, 2012; PMID 23084823) characterized TB-500 as a synthetic version of LKKTETQ, the actin-binding active region of thymosin beta-4, in analytical identification research. Husson et al. (Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, 2010; PMID 20536449) documented the beta-thymosin family's G-actin sequestration and actin-filament dynamics at the molecular level. Hsieh et al. (Journal of Molecular Medicine, 2017; PMID 27847966) examined BPC-157 in chick chorioallantoic membrane and endothelial cell models, documenting VEGFR2 pathway activation associated with angiogenesis research.
